American League finalists for the 2025 Silver Slugger Awards Officially Announced

Louisville Slugger unveiled the American League finalists for the 2025 Silver Slugger Awards on Thursday, following Wednesday’s announcement of the National League nominees.

The NL winners will be revealed on Thursday, Nov. 6 at 6 p.m. ET, with the AL winners announced the following night at the same time via The Baseball Insiders YouTube stream.

Winners are determined by a vote of managers and coaches. Each team casts four votes—by the manager and three coaches of their choice—based on a combination of offensive statistics including OPS, OPS+, home runs, RBIs, batting average, total bases, and runs, along with general impressions of a player’s overall offensive value.
