The PDC Women’s Series will once again feature 24 events in 2025, maintaining its status as a key platform for the development of women’s darts. Each tournament will offer £10,000 in prize money, creating a total prize pool of £240,000 across the season.
While the earnings still don’t match those of the main PDC circuit, the prize structure offers a meaningful financial incentive for female players. Winners of each event will receive £2,000, with £1,000 awarded to the runner-up. Semi-finalists earn £500, quarter-finalists take home £300, and players reaching the last 16 pocket £200. Even those who finish in the last 32 and last 64 can claim £100 and £50 respectively—the latter only being paid if 128 or more players compete.
All prize money contributes to the Women’s Series Order of Merit, which plays a crucial role in shaping the future of the top players. The top two players in the final rankings will qualify for the PDC World Darts Championship, offering a chance to face the sport’s elite on the biggest stage. Additionally, the player who tops the Order of Merit will earn a coveted spot in the Grand Slam of Darts.
The top eight on the Women’s Series Order of Merit also gain entry to the Betfred Women’s World Matchplay, another growing fixture in the darts calendar.
In recent years, Beau Greaves has established herself as the dominant force on the Women’s Series. However, she’ll once again face stiff competition in 2025 from experienced players like Fallon Sherrock, Lisa Ashton, Mikuru Suzuki, Rhian O’Sullivan, and rising star Noa-Lynn van Leuven.
As the Women’s Series continues to grow, 2025 promises to be another exciting and competitive year, showcasing the increasing depth and quality in the women’s game.
