The Dutch player had a strong start to the tournament, securing easy wins over Debora Urdeva (4-0) and Louise Hepburn (4-0). She then faced a tougher challenge against Eve Watson, but managed to defeat the Welsh player 4-2. De Graaf continued her dominance with victories over Kirsi Viinikainen (4-1) and Lerena Rietbergen (4-1).

In the final, De Graaf faced Deta Hedman. Leading 4-1, De Graaf saw Hedman make a comeback, leveling the match at 4-4 after several missed match darts. However, in the deciding leg, De Graaf regained her composure and pulled off the victory. This win marked another Dutch success in Romania, following Rietbergen’s earlier triumph at the Romanian Classic.
