US Equestrian Announces Jumping Team for Longines League of Nations CSIO5 in St. Tropez

US Equestrian is pleased to announce the athletes selected to represent the U.S. Jumping Team at the Longines League of Nations CSIO5* in St. Tropez, France, taking place September 18–21, 2025. The team will be led by Chef d’Équipe Robert Ridland and Team Leader Lizzy Chesson.

The following athletes have been selected (listed alphabetically):

  • Karl Cook (Rancho Santa Fe, Calif.)

  • Laura Kraut (Royal Palm Beach, Fla.)

  • Alex Matz (Coatesville, Pa.)

  • Alessandra Volpi (Woodside, Calif.)

Competition Details

The event, hosted at Haras de Gassin Polo Club – St. Tropez, serves as the final qualifying leg ahead of the Longines League of Nations Final. Key competition highlights include:

  • Thursday, September 18 – Opening competition

  • Friday, September 19 – Longines League of Nations Grand Prix CSIO5* at 6:00 p.m. (GMT+2) / 12:00 p.m. (ET)

  • Sunday, September 21 – Longines League of Nations Team Competition (two rounds) at 1:30 p.m. (GMT+2) / 7:30 a.m. (ET)

The U.S. team will compete against top international teams for a place in the prestigious League of Nations Final, continuing their pursuit of excellence on the global stage.
