US Equestrian is excited to announce the recipients of The Dutta Corp./USEF Eventing High Performance Flight Grant for 2024. This year’s awardees are U.S.-based athletes selected to represent the nation at the 2024 Eventing Nations Cup™ in the Netherlands, taking place in Boekelo from October 9-13.
Each of the three recipients will receive a $5,000 flight credit from The Dutta Corp. to transport their horses to Europe: Mary Bess Davis (Mansfield, Ga.) with Imperio Magic, Phillip Dutton (West Grove, Pa.) with Possante, and Cassie Sanger (Wilmington, Del.) with Redfield Fyre.
Davis and Imperio Magic have had an impressive year, achieving strong results at the Defender Kentucky Three-Day Event CCI4*-S and securing a top-ten finish at the Tryon International Three-Day Event CCI4*-L, completing both events without any jumping penalties.
Dutton and Possante recently claimed third place in the $60,000 Adequan USEA Advanced Final at the American Eventing Championships after moving up to the CCI4* level this spring.

Sanger and Redfield Fyre also excelled at the four-star level this spring, competing in Kentucky and in Great Britain at Bicton and Bramham, before returning to North America to finish in the top ten at the Bromont CCI4*-S in Canada.
