“Mbappé took advantage of the international break to enhance his fitness and recover from injuries. I believe he has made significant strides in his physical condition; he feels very good, happy, and ready to take on Celta. These 15 days have greatly benefited him, and he’s a different player than he was before the break.
I concentrate on his performance and the effort he is putting in. As I mentioned, this break was very helpful for him; he had scheduled rest days, and that’s all there is to it.
So far, everything has been speculation. I see him every day; he’s training well, he’s happy, he’s content, and I don’t perceive him as being affected by this,” the Italian coach concluded.
It appears that Mbappé is prepared to play today, aiming to demonstrate that this controversy has had no impact on him. The match between Real Madrid and Celta is set to begin at 21:00 CET.
