The lineup for the 2025 CONCACAF Gold Cup is now complete. Following the conclusion of the Prelims, seven more teams have secured their place, finalizing the 16-nation field for the tournament, which will take place from June 14 to July 6 across the United States and Canada. Hosted in 14 stadiums, including five venues for the 2026 World Cup such as SoFi Stadium and NRG Stadium, the event promises to be a major regional highlight just one year before the World Cup.
On Tuesday, CONCACAF confirmed that Costa Rica, Guadalupe, Guatemala, Honduras, Jamaica, Suriname, and Trinidad and Tobago have all qualified after winning their respective playoff matches. These teams will join the eight nations that qualified through the 2024/25 Nations League, as well as the invited side, Saudi Arabia.
The tournament will kick off at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles and conclude at NRG Stadium in Houston. Group stage matches will be held from June 14 to 24, with the top two teams from each group advancing to the knockout rounds. The quarter-finals will take place on June 28-29, the semi-finals on July 2, and the final on July 6.
The official group stage draw will take place on April 10 at 7:00 PM ET and will be streamed live on Concacaf’s YouTube channel. Based on the latest Concacaf rankings, the 15 regional teams have been placed into Pots 1 through 4, while Saudi Arabia, as a guest, will be placed in Pot 4. Mexico, Canada, Panama, and the United States are pre-seeded as group leaders.
Each draw pot will correspond with additional pots (5–8), which will determine the exact placement of teams within Groups A through D. The draw will proceed sequentially until all teams are assigned to their respective groups.
The 2025 Gold Cup is set to showcase top-tier competition and emerging talent from North and Central America and the Caribbean, setting the stage for what’s to come in 2026.
