Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has identified Noni Madueke as the most dangerous winger in his squad.
While Maresca acknowledges that new signing Jadon Sancho has met expectations in training since arriving on loan from Manchester United, he believes Madueke poses the biggest threat to opponents. Madueke has already netted four goals this season.
“For every winger, it’s a dream to play forward and take on opponents one-v-one, and we give them that opportunity during games,” Maresca said. “At the moment, Noni is the best for us. He’s been fantastic in pre-season, scoring goals and creating chances.”
Chelsea face Bournemouth this weekend as they look to continue their solid start to the season.
