Roma has been grappling with significant on-field struggles, culminating in Daniele De Rossi’s resignation early in the season. His successor, Ivan Jurić, is working to turn things around but acknowledges that there is much work ahead.
According to Jurić, one of the key issues facing the team is the absence of a winning mentality, which he believes can only be developed through diligent effort both in training and beyond.
“I think we played well in the last game against Inter, but we still lack a winning mentality. The mentality is not worthy of Roma. In the end, I believe we have everything to work well, but we must change,” Jurić stated.
Looking ahead to the match against Dynamo Kyiv, he expressed hopes for a different attitude to help improve the situation. “We need a stronger character. We can’t accept mistakes like the ones we made against Monza. The winning mentality is built in training. That’s where you grow and become tough,” Jurić added, as reported by *Football-Italia*.
