Trent Alexander-Arnold’s time at Liverpool is nearing its end, and as the club looks for a replacement at right-back, they will not only explore transfer options but also consider their internal talent.
According to football insider Fabrizio Romano, Arne Slot plans to give Conor Bradley a chance next season.
Romano shared on his “Here We Go” podcast, “Regarding the right-back position, I’ve heard that Liverpool is very pleased with Conor Bradley. The club believes he could be a key part of their future lineup, and they see him as a tremendous talent. While the role of starting right-back at Liverpool is a big responsibility, they believe Bradley has everything it takes to become an important player for Arne Slot.”
As a reminder, Bradley, 21, is also a product of Liverpool’s academy, just like Trent. This season, he has made 12 Premier League appearances.
It is anticipated that Alexander-Arnold will move to Real Madrid after his contract with Liverpool expires this summer.
