Manchester United are set to face Fenerbahçe in the third round of the UEFA Europa League. However, some fans of the English club who traveled to Turkey to support their team were attacked by Fenerbahçe ultras.
According to reports, a video posted on X (formerly Twitter) shows a large group of Fenerbahçe fans assaulting several Manchester United supporters. One fan, speaking to *Stretty News*, revealed that their group of five was ambushed by about 50 Fenerbahçe fans. Two members of the group sustained injuries from broken glasses and a crowbar.
Additionally, it was reported that another group of around 20 Fenerbahçe fans targeted a smaller gathering of United supporters, throwing glasses at them and attempting to provoke further violence.
In a related incident, fans of Partizan reacted violently to their derby loss by breaking into the locker room and attacking head coach Aleksandar Stanojević.
