Armenian football icon Henrikh Mkhitaryan, at 36 years old, continues to be a vital player for Inter Milan. Although he enjoys playing for such a prestigious club, his future remains up in the air.
According to Mkhitaryan, he plans to make a decision about his future this summer, with the goal of ending his career at the highest level. His decision to keep playing will hinge on his physical condition.
He said, “My goal is to finish at a high level, just like Inter does. Let’s wait until the end of the season and then see if I stay or go. Extending my contract until 2027? Why not, but it depends on my fitness and what I can contribute,” as reported by Calciomercato.
It’s also worth noting that Inter players are set to receive significant bonuses if they manage to win the treble this season.
