Liverpool has expressed interest in signing Borussia Dortmund and Germany central defender Nico Schlotterbeck, but the German club has other plans for the player.
According to Bild, Borussia Dortmund has no intention of selling their key defender. Recently, the club has initiated urgent discussions with Schlotterbeck and his representatives about extending his contract. The player is reportedly open to staying with Dortmund.
Schlotterbeck’s current deal with Borussia Dortmund runs until the summer of 2027. This season, he has played 37 matches across all competitions and registered 6 assists.
