South Korean midfielder Son Heung-min has clarified the status of his contract talks with Tottenham. According to the Spurs star, there have been no discussions about a new deal as of yet.
Quote: “We haven’t talked about anything yet. I’m fully focused on this season and just want to win what everyone in the club deserves. You never know what will happen in the future, but I’ll give everything for this club, that’s for sure,” Son told Fabrizio Romano.
Son has been with Tottenham since 2015, and his current contract expires at the end of this season.
Meanwhile, Tottenham’s rocky start to the season has fueled speculation about the future of head coach Ange Postecoglou. However, fans can rest easy for now, as it has been reported that the club is not considering sacking him.
