Tottenham will take on Manchester City in the fourth round of the EFL Cup, but the Spurs’ captain, Son Heung-min, will be unavailable to assist his team.
According to Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou, Son is not yet fully fit but is close to returning.
He said, “We will likely involve him this weekend. We are confident that he will be ready for the weekend.”
Reminder: The South Korean star recently returned from a hamstring injury and started in the match against West Ham, where he scored and played for 70 minutes.
Tottenham’s match against Manchester City in the fourth round of the EFL Cup is scheduled for Wednesday, October 30, at 21:15 Central European Time.
