For the first time in 16 years, Arsenal has reached the semifinals of the Champions League—and after their victory over Real Madrid, the Gunners are determined to go even further.
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta emphasized that while the team is already making history, their ambitions extend beyond just reaching the final four.
“This season, we’ve faced many challenges, and the fact that we’re among the top four teams in Europe shows our mentality, our spirit, and how badly we want this,” Arteta said. “We’re writing a beautiful story, but we’re not finished—we want more.”
“The players believe in what we’re building. They feel we can compete with anyone—and beat them. We felt that way against Real, and in every round so far. I see it in their eyes—they can’t wait for tomorrow’s match,” he added.
