Tottenham Hotspur’s star forward Son Heung-min has suffered another injury setback, confirmed head coach Ange Postecoglou.
Injury Update
Son, who recently recovered from a hamstring injury, felt discomfort after the weekend’s match and will miss Thursday’s Europa League clash against AZ.
Postecoglou stated: “Son won’t be playing tomorrow. We’ll leave him out for now and assess his condition later.”
Recent Form
Son scored in his return to the starting lineup against West Ham, playing 70 minutes. Tottenham has secured victories in their first two Europa League matches against Qarabag and Ferencváros.
