Bayern Munich director Christoph Freund recently addressed the future of young talent Mathys Tel, stating, “The possibility of Mathys leaving on loan in January is not something we are currently discussing.” He went on to highlight Tel’s impressive performance during the pre-season, noting, “Mathys has really shown his potential and commitment during this time.
Despite his youth, he has been an integral part of our squad for quite a while now.”
Freund emphasized Tel’s strong work ethic, saying, “He consistently demonstrates a self-critical attitude and dedicates himself to improving every single day.
I have full confidence in his abilities and am not concerned about his development.”
