This summer, Chelsea struggled to secure a new top-tier central forward, but the London club is determined to rectify that situation in the winter or summer of 2025. They have already pinpointed a target for the striker role.
According to TBR Football, Chelsea is closely monitoring Victor Boniface, the striker for Bayer Leverkusen and the Nigeria national team.
It has been reported that Chelsea scouts attended Bayer’s recent match against Wolfsburg (4-3), where Boniface scored the decisive goal in the dying minutes.
Earlier this year, Chelsea showed interest in Victor Osimhen but ultimately could not finalize a deal.
