Manchester United is monitoring Royal Antwerp goalkeeper Senne Lammens ahead of the summer transfer window, according to journalist Phil Thomas.
The Red Devils are reportedly considering the highly-rated Belgium international as a potential replacement for Andre Onana, with several Premier League clubs also showing interest in him.
Onana has become a target for Saudi Pro League clubs following a disappointing season at Old Trafford, leading Ruben Amorim to start evaluating possible successors for the goalkeeper position.
Lammens is reportedly available for around £30m and has more than two years left on his contract, which runs until June 2027.
Red Devils Eyeing Senne Lammens
The 22-year-old could be brought in as a replacement for Onana.
According to Thomas, Lammens’ ball distribution and composure when playing out from the back have caught the eye of Premier League clubs, with Manchester United, Manchester City, and Newcastle all tracking him this season.
Lammens, who was praised as “phenomenal,” earned his first call-up to the Belgium squad during the recent international break but did not feature in their two matches against Ukraine.
Since joining Royal Antwerp from Brugge in 2023, Lammens has made 33 appearances across all competitions, conceding 32 goals and keeping seven clean sheets.
Key Statistic: Lammens made his Champions League debut last season in Royal Antwerp’s 2-0 loss to Porto.
Manchester United is reportedly considering several options for their goalkeeper shortlist, with Lille’s Lucas Chevalier also emerging as a target. According to GIVEMESPORT sources, United are now weighing a potential summer move for the Frenchman, who is set to enter the final two years of his contract and is believed to be available for around £34m.
