Speculation has been building around Real Madrid’s German defender Antonio Rüdiger, with several sources linking him to a possible move to a Saudi Arabian club. However, the player appears in no hurry to leave Madrid.
According to Sky Sport journalist Florian Plettenberg, Rüdiger, 33, has no interest in relocating to Saudi Arabia, particularly not during the winter transfer window, as he feels settled in Madrid. Rüdiger has emerged as a key leader at Real and is even open to extending his contract, which currently runs until the summer of 2026, though extension discussions have yet to start.
This season, Rüdiger has made 14 appearances for “Los Blancos,” contributing two goals.
