Neom FC, the football club from the city being developed along the shores of the Red Sea, has already secured promotion to the Saudi Pro League and is preparing for an ambitious transfer campaign this summer.
According to Santi Aouna, one of Neom’s key targets is to sign a top goalkeeper from a European league.
The club has set its sights on Manchester United’s goalkeeper Andre Onana, as he is not part of Ruben Amorim’s plans for the upcoming season.
Onana is reportedly open to leaving Manchester United if he is officially informed that he will not be starting next season.
This season, Onana has played 46 matches across all competitions, keeping 10 clean sheets.
