Croatian star opposite Samanta Fabris, one of Europe’s most decorated volleyball players, is embarking on a new chapter in her career—this time outside the continent. For the first time, Fabris will ply her trade beyond Europe’s borders, having signed with Beijing BAIC Motor for the upcoming season in the Chinese Super League.
Renowned for her powerful attacking game and unwavering consistency, Fabris has built an elite résumé across Europe’s top leagues. In Italy, she has represented some of the country’s most prestigious clubs, including Conegliano, Casalmaggiore, Novara, and Modena. Her career also includes successful stints in Russia with Dinamo Ak-Bars Kazan and in Turkey with powerhouse Eczacıbaşı, as well as Zeren and Cukurova.
Now, the Croatian international adds Asia to her growing list of volleyball destinations, bringing her firepower and experience to one of China’s top clubs.
